Can we install owner provided toilets?
As must as we would love to, the answer is not at this time. The toilet selections that we offer are high quality and come with a manufacture warranty for the toilet itself.
Can I choose another color other than white?
We only offer the classic white toilets in our booking page. In order to provide an efficient process, we do not customize our installs. This allows us to remain efficient and have access to inventory so we can get to your job as soon as possible. Custom colors tend are not always readily available.
Do you provide other plumbing services?
We do not, we just focus on replacing your existing toilet. We can however refer you to another firm that can do full service plumbing.
My toilet needs to be moved just a couple of inches, can you do that?
Our business model reflects only a replacement of an existing toilet. Moving pipes requires planning and may require an intensive study of your plumbing system to ensure the integrity of your structure and plumbing lines. We can however recommend a full service plumbing firm that can handle such a request.
Do you install toilets everyday of the week?
We have specific days available for installations. Our booking calendar will reflect our availability. If you have an emergency, we have an emergency fee and we can install the same day if needed(based on access to home and availability)
